Mie Prefecture, with its climate, natural features, water quality, etc., is an ideal place for raising Matsusaka beef.

 

Raised with an abundance of love and special care for two and a half to three years,

our cattle become splendid Matsusaka beef.

We carefully select only the highest grade A5 beef.

 

The fat (sashi) melts like melting snow with

the touch of your fingertips,

the texture is surprisingly mild and smooth.

The refreshing, high-quality fat is superbly delicious.

Its soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture brings you flavors of sweetness, umami, and the taste of meat.

Ise Jingu, or "Ise-san," is the largest and most representative shrine in Japan.

In the Edo period (1603-1867), the "okage-mairi" (pilgrimage to Ise) was very popular,

People yearned to go to Ise or  see the Ise-Road  at least once in their lifetime.

Traditionally, there has been no omikuji(a fortune slip) at Ise Jingu Shrine.

Just visiting Ise Shrine  which you longed for as "once in a lifetime," will bring you great luck.

Such a trip along the Ise road was and still is a journey that satisfies the body and soul.

Kameyama is almost at the entrance to the junction of the Tokaido Highway and the Ise Road.

Craftsmanship of the cooks "Takikata-san".

The "Takikata-san" welcomes customers in each room.

 

They are professionals in understanding the characteristics of the meat and vegetables prepared on the  day,  adjusting the temperature of the pot appropriately and providing the best conditions for the meals.

 

Please leave the timing of the pot to us and you can just enjoy its taste.

The kombu broth is a gift from the sea.

Fresh and carefully selected vegetables are the delicacies of the mountains.

Kameyama's famous hot pot, "Mizutaki," is the original meat stew.

 

The thickly marbled Matsusaka meat is dipped in kombu (kelp) broth

and served with our original secret sauce based on soy sauce.
